Colliers International, a leading global commercial real estate services firm, announced this morning the opening of Colliers Neely Dales, its new firm in Savannah, Georgia. 

Colliers Neely Dales is owned by long-standing Savannah commercial real estate executives John Neely, Cliff Dales and David Sink.  Colliers Spectrum Cauble in Atlanta purchased a minority stake in the company.
