Colliers helped the original developer buy land for Slatten Ranch West Shopping Center.  Then we began to develop and manage the property, as well as lease out space. So every real estate service the owner needed, we provided. When the owner was ready to sell, Colliers had the existing relationships to connect with investors who wanted a premium retail acquisition.
