Originally called Fitzhardinge PLC, the group was incorporated on 6 April 2001 and changed its name by special resolution to Colliers CRE plc on 22 October 2004 and then to Colliers International UK plc on 14 May 2010.

Colliers International UK plc operates mainly in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.
