Colliers InternationalFollowing their appointment as development consultants and leasing agents on the Marina Mall Phase II which is set to add an additional 40,000 sq.m GLA to the existing 70,000 m2 GLA mall, Colliers UAE continue to win additional mandates on other phases of the substantial 'breakwater' development overlooking the Abu Dhabi Corniche. Destined to become the focal point for tourism and recreation in Abu Dhabi, construction has now started on the development of 100 upscale beach fronted villas many of which will have private boat mooring facilities. Targeted at VIPs, High Net Worth Clients and Embassies each of these unique villas will also feature a private beach, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi and are due for completion in late 2004. Colliers UAE have been appointed as joint sole leasing agents and the villas are being offered at rents of around US$ 120,000 per villa per annum. 

Colliers UAE have also completed feasibility studies on further phases of the Breakwater area including an additional 300 mid priced villas, 10 waterfront restaurant outlets and hotel chalets which will form part of the Fairmont resort complex.
