John has
John has been instrumental in developing and promoting the team concept before teaming became a buzz word. He was the first broker at Colliers Arnold to create a team partnership back in 1990 which lasted more than a decade. In 2000 he was the first to retain the services of a junior broker, a concept that has spread companywide. In 2003 he was one of the founding fathers of the national practice group concept in Colliers which developed into the CISG (Colliers Investment Services Group for North America) and CMAG (Colliers Multi-Family Advisor Group for North America). He was the first Chairman of CMAG for its first two years and was instrumental in the creation of the original business plan as well as the creation of the first and only website used by the entire Colliers North American Multi-Family Advisory Group (www.cmagapt.com). . Today he is a director on the advisory board of the CISG, CMAG and the newly formed Global Investment Services Team (GIST).
As an in-line broker John and his team have been responsible for the sale and purchase of more than 15,657 units in 107 transactions totaling over $594,971,933. He has been recognized by the company as a “Top Producer” in each of the last seven years (2000 through 2006). In 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004 and 2006 he was recognized by Colliers Arnold for having handled the largest Investment Transactions. He has received numerous honors from the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors as a “Top 20 Overall Producer” and “Top 5 Income Producer”.
