Pat is President of Colliers Arnold. He is responsible for operations in Tampa Bay, Orlando and Southwest Florida. Joining the company in 1983 as Director of Marketing for its software company, he spent five years interviewing top brokerage houses throughout the United States and assisted in their automation needs as a consultant and instructor. Promoted to Vice President of brokerage in 1986, he had direct responsibility for recruiting, training and managing the sales and leasing team, client coordination and marketing plan coordination for the company. Since assuming the role of President in 1991 he has managed the addition of three regional offices, expanding the sales and support staff of the company by over 250% and sales volumes by 400%.

Achievements
Pat served five years as the national chairman of the New America Network (NAI) retail specialty group and, upon joining Colliers International; Pat was responsible for building and organizing retail service delivery capabilities for Colliers worldwide as chairman of the Colliers Retail Specialty Group (96-2000, current). Among his academic accomplishments, Pat wrote the capstone case study utilized by the CCIM program's final course offering from 1986 - 1998. The case study combined the marketing and financial concepts taught by CCIM to allow the students to apply the material to a simulated commercial property disposition. Pat has been an instructor for Nacore's (now CORENET) Intermediate Finance Course and was awarded the Top Rated Faculty Certificate in 2000.
Pat has served as a member of the Colliers Managers Steering committee and continues to act as co-chair of the Colliers Retail Specialty Group. In 2003, Pat was awarded Colliers Manager of the Year. In 2004, he was chosen by Colliers International as the Tom Richardson Award recipient, an honor based on strength of character.
Pat has served as president of the Florida Gulf Coast Art Museum and the Rotary Club of Clearwater, treasurer of the Greater Clearwater Chamber of Commerce where he still serves on the board and is active with other local groups including the Tampa Bay Partnership and several charity and business groups.
