Mike Milano, CCIM, MAI, a Managing Director at Colliers Arnold, has over 25 years experience in the real estate industry and holds both the CCIM and MAI designations. Mike oversees retail investment sales activity throughout the state of Florida, providing both acquisition and disposition services to private and institutional clients. Mike specializes in the sale of credit–anchored shopping centers, lifestyle centers, enclosed malls, free-standing, net-leased retail as well as retail redevelopment properties. Mike almost exclusively represents sellers. Some of Mike’s recent institutional clients include Equity One, Grosvenor (formerly Legg Mason), CW Capital/CRIIMI MAE, John Hancock Life Insurance Company and Aegon USA. Prior to joining Colliers Arnold, Mike owned and operated his own real estate brokerage, appraisal and consulting company. Mike excels at obtaining the highest price within the shortest timeframe by using a target marketing strategy personalized for each property. During the past 5 years, Mike has closed over 30 investment sale transactions totaling over $500 Million dollars in value. Mike’s has extensive experience in repositioning and re-tenanting under performing properties to obtain maximum value. Mike often exceeds expectations by achieving a final sales price within 3% of the original asking price. This accomplishment is attributable to Mike’s pro-active marketing program, in-depth knowledge of the market and extensive registry of retail investment buyers. Mike also stays current on capital market trends, thus allowing him to assist sellers and buyers with securing debt.
