John has been with Colliers Arnold since 1978 and serves on the Board of Directors and Advisory Council for Colliers Arnold.  John is also the team leader for the Office Brokerage Division.  John specializes in selling Investment Properties with a focus on Office Buildings and Vacant Land.

John is instrumental in organizing the top 3 Investment Brokers within Colliers Arnold with combined experience of 82 years.   John is proud of the Investment Groups accomplishments for 1999 and 2000, with sales of $158,584,000.00 and 1,089,762 square feet/2,684 units.

• In 2000, John has successfully negotiated over 410 thousand square feet of space with a total value in excess of $45 million.
• Of the many sales in the Tampa Bay market in the year 2000, there have been five (5) offices sales setting new value trends.   John has represented three (3) of the five (5) Owners.
• John represented Highwoods Properties in the disposition of a 100,067± square foot office facility located in Downtown Clearwater, achieving the highest value in this sub-market to-date.
• Representing an Owner of a signature Tallahassee Office Facility, the property was sold at the highest price in the market, just over $138.00 per square foot.
• John has represented several Buyers/Sellers including but not limited to Highwoods Properties, The Allen Morris Company, John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance, BGK Ventures, Utah State Retirement Fund, Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and Florida Blood Services, just to name a few.
