With LEED accredited professionals on staff, we are leading the way in sustainability services across the state of Florida. Our goal is to deliver energy efficient buildings in our office, retail, industrial, and medical tenancies. In partnering with the government’s Energy Star program to track energy usage, we implement aggressive preventative maintenance measures and establish performance standards for all components of our building and portfolio operations. The results are then benchmarked to establish best practices on all properties.

Our focus on environmental sustainability efforts reaches far beyond the tactical aspects of building a green model, we are also actively:
