The Role

Colliers Arnold Valuation Advisory Services provides valuation, investment research, litigation support (including eminent domain), market analysis, and property tax consulting services throughout Florida (with a focus on the central and southwest regions).  Colliers Arnold Valuation is headquartered in Tampa, Florida with additional Colliers offices in Ft. Myers, Ft. Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Miami, and Orlando.  We also offer valuation and advisory services throughout the southeast United States with access to Colliers affiliate offices in Atlanta, Charleston, Charlotte, Columbia, Greenville, Louisville, Memphis, Nashville, Raleigh, and Savannah.  We are typically engaged to work on projects with market values ranging from about $500,000 locally to over $100,000,000 per property on a regional basis.
