Carol Warren, CCIM, has been with the firm since its inception in 1974 and was one of the first female commercial real estate brokers in the Tampa Bay area.  Carol has received numerous awards and accolades over the years for her accomplishments in commercial real estate, including being named the 1988 Florida CCIM Candidate of the Year, one of the Top 20 Women Commercial Real Estate Brokers in Florida in 2005, and the Colliers Arnold Chairman’s Award in 2007 in recognition of core values and superior performance.  Carol’s impressive client list includes not-for-profit organizations, regional and national corporations, municipalities, and universities.

James Parker, CCIM, has been a local commercial real estate expert based in Pinellas County for over 30 years.  He originally joined the organization in 1981 as a commercial broker when the company was Lee Arnold and Associates.  Jim has held several prominent positions with various commercial real estate firms during his impressive career and has recently re-joined Colliers Arnold in November of this year. Jim’s extensive experience in the commercial real estate market has been focused on user and investment products for local clients in Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough counties.
