Carol Warren, CCIM, director of commercial services with Colliers Arnold, was named the recipient of the Colliers Arnold Chairman's Award at the company's annual retreat.

The Chairman's Award recognizes the person who best exemplifies the company's core values, continually strives for excellence, consistently delivers superior performance, and demonstrates an ongoing commitment to the community.

Warren, a twenty-six year veteran of Colliers Arnold, is involved in many local organizations including The Hospice Institute, Clearwater Housing Authority, Rotary Club of Clearwater, and Greater Clearwater Chamber of Commerce. She has also served as a board member for the Clearwater Fiscal Review Committee and the Clearwater Downtown Development Board.

Warren's commercial real estate focus includes many not-for-profit organizations and she is a member of the Colliers International Not-for-Profit Advisory Group.
