Mike has 15 years of financial management experience in the commercial real estate industry. He joined Colliers Arnold in 2001 to direct the organization’s financial policies. At Colliers Arnold, Mike oversees the Company’s finance functions related to strategic planning, budget, credit, tax and risk management.
Prior to joining Colliers Arnold, Mike had been working at the Trammell Crow Company with the development group in Tampa, Florida. He also worked in the Real Estate Financial Management group at MetLife in Atlanta Georgia and Barnett Bank of South Florida in Miami, Florida.

Mike has provided clientele with business solutions for enhancing investment value and optimizing investment return on both current and prospective real estate investments. This included successfully advising clients through the use of acquisition analyses, due diligence reviews, valuation modeling, and budgeting & forecasting. Mike relies on his extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. He has designed and coordinated a wide variety of accounting and statistical data to assist in decision making. These reports help ensure that the strategic decisions meet the financial objectives. He has also provided advisement on GAAP and statutory accounting issues relating to specific concerns.
Mike has helped develop exit strategies to mitigate downside risks associated with term debt/revolver financing. Financing strategy is developed through the use of the accurate construction of cash flow statements and projections.
