Carol’s activity in the real estate industry spans thirty years. She has earned both her sales and brokers real estate license. During her twenty six year tenure with Colliers Arnold (formerly Arnold Associates), she has specialized in representing commercial, office and Not for Profit clients in the Tampa Bay market area. Carol was awarded her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1991. An impressive client list includes local business owners, regional and national corporations, municipalities, universities as well as other Not for Profit organizations. Carol’s previous career as a designer affords expertise in design and space planning for her clientele.
