When T.G.I. Friday’s, a national restaurant chain, was looking for a restaurant/bar site in downtown Orlando, they turned to Colliers Arnold as its exclusive agent. The responsibilities of Colliers Arnold included locating a suitable retail space with high visibility, estimating tenant improvements, coordinating City officials and contractors, and lease negotiations for a ten-year lease term.
Colliers Arnold is currently assisting T.G.I.Friday’s with site location selection in the greater Tampa Bay area.
