Construction

• Obtain Certificate of Insurance
• Finalize construction schedule
• Coordinate building permits
• Manage the project budget
• Manage the schedule
• Review and process change orders
• Approve and process contractor invoices and lien waivers
• Oversee weekly job coordination meetings
• Direct construction administration 

Completion

• Coordinate punch list
• Close out building permit
• Close out contracts
• Provide final reconciliation of project
• Transition to Property Management
