The Corporate Solutions division of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT) has been awarded the facility management services assignment of Solutia’s world headquarters located in St. Louis, MO.  CTMT will provide complete facility services including data center management, project management, move management, mail services, and switchboard services.  Solutia chose CTMT over the long term incumbent because of the service provider’s commitment to listening to Solutia’s needs, and their ability to develop a solution that met all of the company’s objectives.

Solutia’s Town & Country facility becomes the latest St. Louis-based corporate headquarters facility managed by CTMT.  Within the last year, Express Scripts hired CTMT to manage the operations and maintenance of their corporate facilities located on the University of Missouri-St. Louis campus. This facility is comprised of approximately 500,000 square feet, and is the only Fortune 500 Company headquarters located on a public university campus. CTMT also manages more than 1.9 million square feet of space for Edward Jones, including their international and regional headquarter campuses, and critical data centers.
