International property consultant, Colliers International will be putting up Cassia View for sale by expression of interest on August 13, 2009.  Cassia View is a 20-storey freehold residential development located at 320 Guillemard Road. 

Interested buyers are now invited to submit their offer to Colliers International by September 2, 2009. 

Sitting on a 35,511 sq ft site, Cassia View comprises a total of 72 two- to three-bedroom apartments and penthouse units, with a total strata area of about 89,362 sq ft.  The size of the apartments ranges from some 969 sq ft to 1,206 sq ft, while the size for the penthouse units is approximately 2,400 sq ft each. 

Under the 2008 Master Plan, the property is zoned for “Residential” use, with a gross plot ratio of 2.8.
