International property consultant, Colliers International will be putting up for sale on January 15, 2008, a freehold good class bungalow development site located at 11 Ford Avenue.

Interested buyers are invited to submit their offer to Colliers International by February 21, 2008 at 3.00 pm.

Located off Holland Road, the development site is rectangular in shape and has a site area of approximately 45,894 sq ft. A single-storey detached house with an outhouse currently sits on the site.
