REQUIREMENT Colliers International came to know that the client was considering a sale and leaseback option for their corporate HQ. The client’s objective was to achieve the sale price they had in mind and to complete the transaction by the end of their financial year.
SERVICES Colliers presented our cash flow analysis which was realistic and acceptable to the owner.
Colliers promptly went out to the market to source for a reliable purchaser and identify someone who has the expertise and capability to offer a purchase price that would match the client's expectation.
More importantly, Colliers has to ensure that the transaction will complete within the short time span of 3 months. We were actively involved in every stage of the transaction – negotiation of the MOU, process of the due diligence and intensive negotiation of the legal documents between the client and the purchaser, together with their respective solicitors.

A win-win result was achieved. The client was able to achieve the desired sale price and Colliers managed to complete the entire transaction within the stipulated time frame.
