Continuing cooperation with Meridian Balkans

The long-term cooperation between Colliers and Meridian Balkans was further strengthened when Colliers found a new HQ office for this well-known Serbian developer.

Meridian Balkans' new 500 m2 office is located in a modernly designed 2000 m2 building with 24h security and video surveillance. The building is located in the very heart of Dedinje, on a well-known streetproviding an excellent connection with all other parts of the city. The entire building is brand new and completed according to the highest office standards. Meridian Balkans and Colliers International are already cooperating on Meridian Balkans' residential project Dedinje Panorama, for which Colliers has been appointed the exclusive agent.
