The first international-style shopping mall in Montenegro, Delta City in Podgorica, opened in October 2008. Colliers International Serbia was the exclusive leasing agent, previously responsible for the resounding success of the leasing of Delta City in Belgrade.

Continuing on the success achieved in the leasing of Delta City in Belgrade, Colliers International Serbia once again succeeded in leasing out the mall several months in advance and attracting major international retail brands to the local market. 

The opening of Delta City brought 35 new brands to Montenegro, including the biggest Cineplex in the country.   The 40,000 sqm mall features a host of big international retailers, such as Zara, Marks & Spencer, Navigare, Pull & Bear, Gant, Bershka, Bata, Via Spiga, Intimissimi, Calzedonia, and the famous coffee shop chain Costa Coffee. The strong selection of fashion brands and entertainment facilities immediately turned Delta City into the main shopping and leisure destination, not only for the people of Podgorica but the whole of Montenegro as well.
