TQ City, a first modern shopping center in Indjija, is set to open this fall. Colliers International Serbia, as the exclusive leasing agent, is finalizing negotiations with prospective tenants.

Shopping center TQ City, as part of residential and office complex, encompasses 8.100sqm of gross leasable area. It is located in the pedestrian zone, in the very heart of the city center. Superb location, luxurious interior design, fashion brands, exclusive cafes and restaurant will turn TQ City into a central place of events and popular leisure and entertainment destination. This shopping center will offer visitors a large variety of goods and excellent entertainment facilities. Negotiations are underway with several fashion brands, furniture and electronics store and should be concluded soon in the next two months.

Jelena Jevremovic, Retail Department Manager of Colliers International Serbia, says: “Leasing process of TQ City is advancing according to the plan. Numerous international and local brands have signed the agreements and we expect to finalize leasing of shopping center in June this year. TQ City Shopping center is set to open in September, according to planned dynamics of construction and leasing.”
