Colliers Serbia is selected as Exclusive Sales and leasing agent by Meteor for their mixed use project in Block 58 in New Belgrade.

The total size of the project is 15.000 m2 and it is located in the vicinity of Delta City shopping center and Sava river. Future bridge over Ada will provide easy access to Ada ciganlija and Cukarica.

The project will encompass a residential building of gross area of 7.000 m2 with 54 apartments.  The size of the apartments, with one to four bedrooms, ranges between 58 and 160 square meters. The apartments will be designed with panoramic windows (from the floor to the ceiling) and the quality of construction and of finishing works will meet the highest standards.

Attached to residential building the investor is planning to develop a hotel or commercial premises of 8.000 m2 of gross area. The project will consist of a ground level, 6 floors and the attic. Retail units for sale and lease will be located on the ground level of residential building. The object features 199 parking spaces in total (for both commercial and residential units) located on 3 underground semi levels.
