Colliers International Southeast Europe has been named Consultant/Agent of the Year for the third straight year at the third annual Europaproperty.com Southeastern Europe awards. And Colliers International Southeast Europe's founder and Regional Director, Philip Bay, received Professional of the Year award. The awards, which attracted the leading real estate professionals in the region, took place in Bucharest on Thursday 8th May at the Marriott Hotel.

Europaproperty.com said the award for Colliers International Southeast Europe, which was for 2007, was made on the basis of “market contribution, quality of customer service, market innovation and commercial success.”

Philip Bay, Regional Director, Colliers International Southeast Europe, welcomed the award for Colliers. “I want to thank the entire team in the region for making this happen. I am sure that no company has ever won a real estate award for three years in a row, something we can be extremely proud of.”

Natalia Kaneva, Regional Director of Operations, Colliers International Southeast Europe, and Philip's oldest partner in the company, paid tribute to him.  “Not only is he the founder and corporate leader of Colliers International Southeast Europe, the largest and most successful company in the region.
