San Francisco, July 11, 2011 – Keeping in trend with the median monthly parking rates in the U.S., which held steady over the year and increased only moderately in Canada, rates in San Francisco remained flat over the past year, at $375.00 according to Colliers International’s annual parking rate survey for 2011. Daily rates in San Francisco hit $26.00, an increase of 4 percent from 2010.
