Colliers Pinkard helps clients work with state and local governments to facilitate relocations or expansions. We evaluate overall capital, facility, and employment requirements, develop a case that justifies public financial and/or programmatic support, and negotiate the mix of financial, job training, infrastructure funding needed to make a project feasible in a given location.
