Brookwood Capital is pleased to announce the signing of a 150,000-square-foot Build-to-Suit lease with Owens & Minor Distribution, Inc.

The building consists of a 30' clear state-of-the-art distribution facility that will be located within New Hope Commerce Center, a 40-acre industrial park strategically positioned at the New Hope Road Interchange with the US-64 East Bypass at I-440.  Upon build-out, New Hope Commerce Center will comprise over 330,000 square feet of Class A industrial facilities.

Owens & Minor, the nation’s leading distributor of national brand-name medical/surgical supplies to hospitals and integrated healthcare systems, was represented by Jackson & Cooksey of Dallas and Jones Lang LaSalle of Raleigh.  Brookwood Capital was represented by Colliers Pinkard brokers, Chris Norvell and Jim Allaire.
