Colliers Pinkard, a full service commercial real estate firm in Raleigh, is pleased to announce the sale of Heritage Village Apartments, a 228-unit, newly constructed, 97.8% leased apartment community located in the Town of Wake Forest, which is in the “Raleigh North”  Submarket.  Oakland Heritage Multifamily, LLC sold the complex to Weinstein Properties for $23.0M, or approximately $100,900 per unit.

Heritage Village is located at the center of the 2,000-acre Heritage Wake Forest master-planned mixed use development at the intersection of Rogers Road and Heritage Lake Road, adjacent to walkable retail/service amenities.  In fact, Heritage Village is the only multi-family development located in Heritage Wake Forest.
