Colliers International's Central & East European Investment Advisory Group (IAG) was established to successfully approach investment related activities by offering our clients coordinated and professional property investment consultancy services.

Leadership position and key industry relationships: The backbone of the IAG is our dominant position in the office and industrial leasing sectors in each Central & East Europe market that enables us to reach a wide range of clients.

Teamwork: The ability to provide good investment advice, accurate valuations and meaningful consultancy relies on a combination of the professionalism of our consultants and the quality of available market information. Our regional investment team consists of 25 members that are qualified valuators, experienced sales and leasing professionals, and research analysts. As a team we are able to provide solutions for a broad range of property requirements.
