Property / Facilities Manager

· Proficient in all aspects of Building / Property Management (Administration, Technical, Housekeeping, Safety & Security, finance, etc) with at least four (5) years of relevant experience.

· With background in banking facilities, residential and/or commercial properties

· Performance driven and financially aware

· Good management exposure and customer service training

· With hands-on experience in engineering related works and can work under pressure and odd hours
