Philadelphia, PA, March 27, 2008 –As exclusive agent for T-Mobile, Colliers Lanard & Axilbund’s Retail division has been actively working to facilitate the roll out of multiple store openings in the Philadelphia MSA.  In the past 18 months, more than 40 new T-Mobile stores have been launched, culminating in the grand opening of their 2,500 SF Flagship store at 1506 Walnut Street in Center City Philadelphia; a deal whose lease value is $2.75 million.

According to Richard L. Soloff, a partner at Colliers L&A and Executive Vice President for Colliers Retail Division, T-Mobile is invested in the city and plans to continue this aggressive growth pattern within the Philadelphia MSA.
