Colliers Lanard & Axilbund (CL&A) announces the sale of a 3,700 SF building on a  half-acre in Lehigh County,  Allentown, PA.  The property, located at 1756 S. 4th Street, was the former Teapot Diner which has since closed.  It will be redeveloped to accommodate a new Popeyes fast food restaurant.

CL&A represented the buyer, Ronak Properties, LLC, a fast food franchisee with multiple concepts. Prudential Patt White represented the Seller, Stylianos & Debra Dimitiadis.

The site is conveniently located within close proximity to Route 145, I-78  and the Mountainville Shopping Center.
