[Philadelphia, PA] - Colliers Lanard & Axilbund, a leading commercial real estate firm headquartered in Philadelphia, will open a new office at 1317 Route 73, Suite 109, in Mount Laurel, NJ effective June, 2008. CL & A now has offices in the Philadelphia CBD, Conshohocken, Wilmington, DE and Mount Laurel, NJ.  As an affiliate of Colliers International, Colliers Lanard & Axilbund’s reach extends to 293 offices in 61 countries.

“This move will help increase efficiencies for our seven (7) Southern New Jersey brokers, expand our services and recruit qualified local professionals.” said Doug Sayer, Chief Executive Officer, Colliers Lanard & Axilbund. The new site is less than one mile from the NJ Turnpike at Exit 4, I-295, and Route 70 & 38. 

Colliers Lanard & Axilbund has been providing brokerage services in New Jersey for more than 60 years.  In late 1993, CL & A acquired Rosenfeld Real Estate with roots in the Southern New Jersey area dating back to the opening of the Ben Franklin Bridge in 1926.  Rosenfeld bought the first suburban office park to Cherry Hill in the 1960’s and was involved in the design of the first “flex” buildings in the area.  The first successful office condominium project was marketed by Rosenfeld.
