[Collingswood, NJ] – Lease Renewals - The Station House Office Building:
McMunn Associates, Community Health Law Project and County Council on Economic Opportunity renewed leases totaling more than 14,000 square feet.  Evan Zweben and Jason Wolf represented the Owner, Station House Office Associates, in all three transactions.
 
The Station House Office Building is an 83,000 SF, five-story facility situated at the Collingswood PATCO stop along Haddon Avenue.  It features on-site management, a full service deli, and an excellent location along the PATCO hi-speed line and bus route.  The fifth floor, 16,000 SF, remains vacant and is immediately available for a full floor user or divisible to suites of +/- 2,000 SF.
 
[Voorhees, NJ] – Lease Renewals - Laurelwood Office Complex:
CMX, Inc., a NJ based engineering firm, renewed a 12,000 SF lease.  Evan Zweben and Jason Wolf represented the Owner, Quaker Commercial Properties, in the transaction.

The Laurelwood Office Complex is a three-building, Class "A" facility totaling over 83,000 square feet located on Route 561 in Voorhees.  Featuring high end finishes, spacious, well-lit lobbies, on-site ownership and management, Laurelwood is an excellent choice for business professionals.  Current vacancies include suites of 1,200 SF, 5,420 SF, and 15,000 SF (divisible to 5,000 SF).
 
[Cherry Hill, NJ] – New Agencies:
In other news, the team of Wolf, Zweben and Jason Fox were recently named the Exclusive Agent for 120 Haddontowne Court and 1001 Kings Highway, both in Cherry Hill.  The office buildings are 8,000 and 12,000 SF respectively; both are available for sale or lease.
