The Southern NJ Office Division of Colliers L & A facilitated the lease of 6,000 square feet to Genesis Counseling Centers at the Ferry Terminal Building in Camden.  Genesis will utilize this location for two of their main programs: Adolescent and Adult Counseling.
 
"Genesis Counseling Centers will be a great addition to what is already an up and coming area,” said Jason Fox, the Colliers broker who facilitated this transaction.  "The Ferry Terminal Building offers Genesis a beautiful view of the Cooper River and Philadelphia along with Class 'A' amenities for their employees and clients.”

Genesis Counseling is a nonprofit organization that provides therapeutic counseling for recovery from addictions and other mental health concerns. Established in 1979 by its current Executive Director Gabriel L. Guerrieri, Genesis Counseling Center has earned a reputation in Southern New Jersey as one of the finest Mental Health and Addictions treatment centers in the area.

“Although Genesis has been a household name for over thirty years now, we have always wanted to be part of the growth of the redevelopment of Camden City.  This move to Camden will speak loudly about our commitment to the people of Camden and their needs.  We are happy to be moving in this direction” said Guerrieri.

Fox recently relocated their Marlton location as well, assisting Genesis in a +/- 3,000 SF lease at 2003 C Lincoln Drive.
