Colliers Lanard & Axilbund (CL&A) recently concluded two leases at Shepherd Hills Plaza, a 24,846 SF office complex located at 5930/40 Hamilton Boulevard, Wescosville, PA/Lehigh County in Lehigh County.

1) Office space was leased to Complete Chiropractic, a new start-up business in the area. Colliers L & A Vice President Ann Kline represented the property owner, Providence Properties, LLC. 

2) 1,050 SF was leased to The Law Offices of Mark C. Van Horn.  The firm will relocate from its current location in the downtown area.  The firm has more than 30 years of experience in the general practice of law with professional services including bankruptcy, civil litigation, family law, estate planning and real estate.  Colliers L & A Vice President, Ann Kline was the sole broker in this transaction, representing the property owner, Providence Properties, LLC and new tenant, Mark C. Van Horn.
