Linda Schultz, a broker with Colliers L & A, has been nominated for a Board position with the Delaware Valley Green Building Council (DVGBC). She has made the short list of 7 from the original group of over a dozen nominees. Six slots are available for a 3-year term. Results will be announced October 23rd.
The DVGBC is a nonprofit membership organization and a chapter of the United States Green Building Council, the nation’s foremost coalition of leaders from across the building industry working to promote buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable and healthy places to live and work.
Ms. Schultz is an office broker at CL&A and is based in the Delaware office. She has worked in commercial real estate in Philadelphia, its suburbs and Delaware for 25 years and with the DVGBC membership committee for more than four years. “Educating landlords and tenants on the value of reuse in facilities and with products, and promoting environmentally sound practices is critical,” Ms. Schultz said. “Advancing the principals and objectives of the Green movement is the future of real estate.”
