Easton, PA

Colliers Lanard & Axilbund (CL&A) announces the sale of the former Lincoln Textile site in Northampton County, Easton, PA.  The property, located at the corner of Old Philadelphia Pike & St. John Street, will be redeveloped to accommodate an 8,000 SF retail strip center for lease, divisible into 1,500 SF suites.  In a separate transaction at the same location, CVS purchased a 12,900 SF pad – they will anchor the new retail development. 

Demolition began last week and construction is estimated to be complete in the fall of 2009.  Lincoln Textile closed this site 5 to 10 years ago after they consolidated.  The site was originally slated to be developed into townhouses but that never transpired.

In this three-party transaction, Colliers L & A’s Senior Associate, Derek Zerfass, represented both the seller, Philadelphia Road Development, LP and the two buyers, NIDI Group, LLC & CVS, respectively.

The site is conveniently located within close proximity to I-78 and downtown Easton, PA.
