Colliers Lanard & Axilbund has leased a 58,992 section of the larger building at 122 Kissel Road in Burlington, New Jersey  to AAA Transportation & Warehousing, LLC, a locally owned moving, storage and warehousing company.  They are one of the region’s top agents for Allied Van Lines.

Located in Crossroads Business Center, the total building size is 160,000 square feet (the balance of the building is vacant).  The owner, Exeter Property Group is a real estate private equity firm that invests in, develops and manages industrial properties across the country.  There are plans to expand the building to 250,000 square feet.

The Crossroads Business Center’s Burlington County location at Exit 47 of I-295, and less than two miles from Exit 5 of the NJ Turnpike, was an important factor in AAA Transportation & Warehousing’s decision to locate here.
