Colliers Lanard & Axilbund announces the sale of the former Greif, Inc. property located on Route 452, one-half mile from I-95 in Aston, Delaware County, PA. The property, located at 3033 Market Street, Aston, PA, is a modern facility with approximately 145,000 square feet, situated on 17 acres. 

The purchaser, XP Properties, intends to lease the entire facility to Priority Archives, Priority Shred and Priority Express Courier, the region’s leading Record Storage, Data Management, Shredding and Critical Delivery Service providers.  This will enable Priority to expand its operations to its customers throughout the Eastern seaboard.

Greif, Inc., based in Delaware, Ohio, is one of the nation’s leading producers of industrial containers and packaging materials with operations nationwide, serving customers globally in 48 countries.  Greif closed this operation in the third quarter 2008, representing a consolidation of key operations.

Colliers Lanard & Axilbund, teamed with its partner Colliers Turley Martin Tucker of Columbus, Ohio to represent the seller.  Brandywine Financial of Chadds Ford, PA  represented the purchaser.
