Colliers Lanard & Axilbund (CL&A) announces the sale of the former Venuto’s Old World Pizza Headquarters in Gloucester County, Sewell, NJ.  The seller, Park & Delsea Enterprises, LLC are the founders of Hollywood Tans & Venuto’s Old World Pizza franchises.  The 12,000 square-foot property, located at 9 Enterprise Court, was purchased by Li’s Martial Arts Center. 

According to Colliers Senior Associate Ian Richman, who represented the seller in this transaction, the deal closed in less than two weeks with no financing contingency. Patti Kasdan of Weichert Realtors represented the buyer.

The facility is situated on 1.75 acres and was constructed in late 2006.  It contains 6,000 square feet of office space, 6,000 square feet of warehouse space and 24’-28’ clear ceiling height. It is conveniently located immediately off Delsea Drive and is in close proximity to Route 55, Blackhorse Pike and the Atlantic City Expressway.
