Colliers Internationals Residential Project Marketing department is now headed by Peter Copley, who leads a team responsible for facilitating and marketing major residential projects from the Perth head office, specialising in high-rise, high value inner and near city apartment projects and land subdivisions.

Colliers International’s expertise in residential project marketing is backed by the research skills of Perth leading property research analyst David Cresp. David’s work is well regarded and he has provided consultancy services to a number of major developers as well as The City of Perth and the East Perth Redevelopment Authority.

To ensure you receive the highest level of project marketing experience in the southern hemisphere, the core sales team will have access to all of the National and Asian databases and systems.

With any project marketing role Colliers International’s strong preference would be to work with the developer from an early stage and have input into design, pricing and marketing of the project.   Colliers International’s extensive knowledge of the market and purchaser preferences will enable a development to have the maximum chance of success. 

Colliers International believe that to make a project a success it is vital to have a strong partnership between the developer, advertising agent and marketing agents.

Colliers International work closely with the advertising agency to develop a marketing strategy to be a key part of the project marketing role.   Part of this role would include an in depth market analysis that will assist the advertising agent to understand the likely purchaser target market. 

This research would include demographic analysis for the area where the project is, competitor project analysis and analysis of the likely purchaser profile and segmentation.
