A key factor in maximizing governmental incentives is a keen understanding of the various existing as-of-right and discretionary programs, as well as programs that may not be well-known, or are about to be launched. Colliers International Tri-State Region’s governmental incentive practice regularly draws upon their experience and contact network to assist clients in navigating through this often confusing process.  To date, the governmental incentives group has successfully participated in numerous negotiations, winning more than $75 million in benefits. Many of these transactions were for headquarters relocations or renewals in which the incentives received were instrumental to the success of the transaction. 

In the Tri-State Region, Colliers International provides a range of financial analysis for our clients. Colliers International Tri-State Region has considerable experience in constructing detailed financial models to compare competing options. We will provide customizable financial models with a range of appropriate output.  Colliers International’s Financial Services Group will conduct a renewal versus relocate analysis for our clients and prepare a complete quantitative and qualitative analysis of competing transactions. Financial analyses are conducted primarily from a discounted cash flow and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP/IAS) basis. We can also custom-design any other financial analyses that the client deems necessary.
