Cynthia Shelton, CCIM, CRE - Director, Investment Sales, specializes in Retail, Office and Industrial Investment Sales. Ms. Shelton has been in real estate since 1975.  Her experience has been in acquisitions for a REIT, commercial brokerage, site selection and corporate real estate services. Cynthia has worked, either as a corporate employee or as a consultant, in management, brokerage, consulting, development and site selection activities for many national companies, such as Kinder Care, Pier 1, Heilig Meyers, Best Buy, SuperValue, Michaels Crafts, Kinko’s and more.

John C. Dunphy, CCIM, SIOR - Managing Director & Principal - Industrial Investments, specializes in the sale of user and investment Industrial Property in the Tampa Bay area.  John has over 19 years experience and has been responsible for transactions totaling more than 5,500,000 square feet.

Jason T. Staton, CCIM - Multi-Family Investment Specialist, has been with Colliers Arnold since 2000.  Together with John Stone, he specializes in the slae of Housing Investments.

James R. Ullrich - Investment Specialist, specializes in selling investment properties with a focus on Office Buildings and Industrial/Flex properties.  James leverages his accounting/finance acumen to maximize value for his clients in investment sales transacitons.  Prior to joining Colliers Arnold, James spent three years at PricewaterhouseCoopers.  James audited large public companies and private real estate companies.  While at PWC he audited $1.4 Billion in sale leaseback transactions.
