Michael G. Sweeney, senior retail specialist, and Meghan Kruger, retail specialist, are the newest additions to the Orlando office of Colliers Arnold. Sweeney and Kruger will work as a team, focusing on retail site selection in Central Florida.

Sweeney has over fifteen years experience in commercial real estate in Central Florida. Throughout his career, he has represented many national clients including Adelphia Communications, AT&T Wireless, BellSouth Entertainment, Verizon Wireless, Wachovia, and Yum Brands. For the past eleven years, Sweeney worked for Commercial First Properties, which was acquired by Carter & Associates before merging with Grubb & Ellis in 1998.

Sweeney is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Greater Orlando Association of Realtors, and is a candidate member of the CCIM Institute currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Kruger began her career in the aviation industry as an airline pilot before shifting to commercial real estate in 2006. Prior to joining Colliers Arnold, she was part of the retail team at Grubb & Ellis where she specialized in site selection.

Kruger is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Orlando, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and donates her time as a volunteer for the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) of Central Florida.
