Crazy Pianos, a Netherlands-based dueling piano bar and restaurant concept, has signed a 10 year lease to occupy 7,000 square feet at CocoWalk in Coconut Grove, Fla. The piano bar will feature world-class entertainers along with high-end food, service, and décor for a total entertainment experience. CocoWalk, a lifestyle center located in the heart of Coconut Grove, recently completed over $7 million in renovations.

Crazy Pianos' Cocowalk location is scheduled to open first quarter of 2009. Bill Fraser and Beth Shaw of Colliers Arnold in Orlando represented the company in its first U.S. venture.
