Colliers ABR Negotiates New Lease of 7,074 Sq. Ft.  

for The Jordan Company

NEW YORK, March 12, 2008- Colliers ABR, Inc., a leading full service commercial real estate services firm, announced today that The Jordan Company, a private equity firm, has expanded into Fairfield County by leasing 7,074 square feet at 680 Washington Boulevard in Stamford, CT, on a portion of the 11th floor.

The Jordan Company, founded in 1982 is a private investment firm specializing in buying and building businesses in partnership with management. The company is headquartered in the General Motors Building in Manhattan.

David L. Hoffman, Jr., Executive Managing Director /Principal, and Michael R. Norris, Managing Director, of Colliers ABR, Inc. represented The Jordan Company in the transaction.

“The Jordan Company considered many properties in Greenwich and Stamford before committing to 680 Washington Boulevard,” Mr. Hoffman said. “Ultimately, the firm was drawn to Stamford by the presence of truly Class A office buildings, proximity to excellent transportation and more reasonable rental rates relative to downtown Greenwich.”

The landlord, 680 Washington Boulevard was represented by Larry Kwiat of Reckson, a Division of SL Green Realty Corp.
