Meltwater Group Expands Into Manhattan
NEW YORK, August 6, 2009- Colliers ABR, Inc. a leading full service commercial real estate services firm, announced today that Meltwater Group will relocate their New York offices to 49 West 27th St, occupying part of the 4th floor.
As an international leader in online media monitoring, Meltwater Group has doubled in size over the last several months. The company will relocate to Manhattan from their previous location at 20 Jay St. in DUMBO. The company plans to move in by August 1st.
“Colliers ABR was delighted to indentify 49 West 27th as the ideal space to accommodate Meltwater’s growing staff,” said Stephen Bellwood, Director at Colliers ABR. “Since the company has been rapidly expanding in recent months, the decision to move the company into Manhattan made the most sense economically.”
Mr. Bellwood represented Meltwater Group in the transaction.
