Colliers ABR Negotiates Lease Renewal for
Approximately 20,000 Square Feet of Space
NEW YORK, August 24, 2009- Colliers ABR Inc., a leading full service commercial real estate services firm, announced today that the law firm of Ingram Yuzek Gainen Carroll & Bertolotti, LLP extended its lease for ten years at 250 Park Avenue. The firm will continue to occupy a portion of the 6th floor where it has been housed since 1994. The firm was founded in 1989.
“Coming on the heels of our 31,000 square foot new lease with AB InBev, a 20,000 square foot law firm renewal is validation that 250 Park Avenue is an exceptional place to do business, especially considering the substantial amount of available built space in midtown” said David L. Hoffman, Jr., Executive Managing Director/Principal at Colliers ABR. “The bottom line is 250 Park Avenue is attracting new tenants and retaining existing ones.”
Mr. Hoffman along with Robert L. Billingsley and Wendy Miller of Colliers ABR represented the landlord in the transaction. Gordon S. Ogden of Byrnam Wood LLC represented the tenant.
